CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled appointment: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund
- No-shows: No refund

SERVICE SATISFACTION
If you're not satisfied with our TV mounting or installation service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion at install10tv@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues or schedule a follow-up visit at no additional charge.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care during all installations. If damage occurs due to our service, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
